Tribunal DKP

As of June 1, 2010: The Tribunal is converting to DKP.

We will be using a system known as Zero Sum with an Open Auction format.

Zero Sum is essentially a system which redistributes DKP spent throughout the raid. For example: a member has sole interest in an item and receives it for 25 DKP - That 25 DKP is redistributed throughout the raid (25/25 = 1) at 1 DKP per member attending. Members are able to go negative in DKP to receive an item if no other member with sufficient DKP is interested.

The Open Auction system (with a minimum bid of 25) allows members to bid (to a maximum of thirty seconds) on an item. The highest bidder at the time of closing will win the item.

The Tribunal uses a customized version of an addon called Bidder (you can not find this on interface-addon websites; download it from the "Downloads" section on the left-hand side of your page). Having this addon will bring up an interactive window within your World of Warcraft client allowing you to bid on items in real-time.
